About the Company

Mine & Yours is a Canadian premium resale destination for authenticated designer pieces, offering brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci - often at up to 70% off retail. With a constantly changing inventory and a fashion-savvy audience, the brand brings a boutique, editorial lens to secondhand luxury. Founded by Courtney Watkins in 2013, the company operates flagship stores in Vancouver (Kitsilano and Yaletown) and Toronto (Yorkville and The Well) offering authenticated luxury pieces in‑store and online. 

The Challenge

Unlike traditional e-commerce, resale is inventory-constrained - every item is one-of-a-kind. That means every irrelevant product shown is a missed opportunity. Best-sellers don’t help. Trends shift quickly. The merchandising challenge is steep: how do you ensure every visitor sees the perfect item, every time?

Mine & Yours needed a system that could merchandise in real time, for every user, without relying on fixed rules, generic segments, or popularity-based logic.

Our Approach

PSYKHE AI integrated its real-time, per-user merchandising engine into Mine & Yours’ product listing pages (PLPs). The system uses psychographic and aesthetic embeddings to infer individual style preferences and dynamically reorder products accordingly - adjusting instantly as users browse.

  • Per-user ranking of PLPs, computed in real time
  • Taste-based product ordering powered by psychographic and aesthetic vectors
  • Live session adaptation — rankings shift with each new interaction
  • No manual inputs or tagging required from the merchandising team

Results

Mine & Yours achieved a +15.6% increase in sustained Conversion Rate after implementation of PSYKHE AI’s real-time, per-user AI merchandising.

Methodology: A clean A/B test was run over three months on category pages. One group experienced PSYKHE AI’s real-time ranking; the other saw the original site sort logic.
